Thomas is an Associate focused on medical malpractice, sexual abuse and personal injury law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020, immersing himself in hands-on experiences at its legal clinic and through regular court appearances.

Prior to joining Neinstein, Thomas was an Assistant Crown Attorney. With extensive trial experience in both the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice, including jury trials, he brings a robust skill set to his legal practice.
