As Partner and Head of Litigation at Neinstein, Duncan is a seasoned litigator, and is known for his ability to address complex medical-legal issues. He focuses primarily on representing patients harmed by medical negligence, particularly in cases involving birth injuries and brain injuries across Canada. In addition to his primary practice, Duncan is often called upon by colleagues for his trial skills and his ability to manage complex multiparty civil litigation, including claims of institutional negligence, product liability, and municipal liability. He has successfully appeared before all levels of trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
