As an Associate at Neinstein, Kristina focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury law. She graduated with her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Law School in 2019, and cultivated her passion for litigation by working at Queen’s Legal Aid and the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic. After being called to the bar in Ontario in 2020, she joined the Medico-Legal Society and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, where she now serves as Vice Chair of the Medical Malpractice Section, supporting her ongoing commitment to her practice.
